I'd say Dak has the highest ceiling of any of the QBs, but I wouldn't call him the clear cut best or anything. It's just exciting to be a State fan and finally have a QB other SEC teams respect.

I thought Relf was solid.

Call me crazy but I think Driskel with the right QB coach has the most potential of any QB in the SEC

Bro will be up there for sure, probably top three. It really was a blessing for us all to have LSU's freshmen shite his pants in that bowl game. We'd have never heard the end of it this off season had he actually took advantage of having two NFL caliber receivers

Relf could play really well s the Arkansas, AU's, and Ole Miss' of the world because they had to stack the shite out of the box to keep him from rushing for 150 yards. That set up easy play actions and what not, vs. the LSU and Bama's they had enough beef up front to keep a normal secondary and pretty much could shut him down.

They should have. If so, maybe Coates doesn't walk it into the endzone against Bama.

Funny how illegal plays work.

I wondered how long it'd take someone to notice how bad he's fricking up in that picture.

I don't seriously think Bro is the best. He has the experience and did a better job of protecting the football last season (the EB being the exception), but his arm problems worry me.

And what pray tell makes a "high end QB?"

There's Nick Marshall....then there's everyone else.

Best QB in 2016:

A QB has to have his entire body across the line of scrimmage before it's an illegal forward pass.

Not referring to that.

quote:

On the 39-yard touchdown pass from Nick Marshall to Sammie Coates that helped Auburn to tie the game at 28-28 with 32 seconds left, Tigers fullback Jay Prosch was 5 yards downfield blocking Alabama linebacker C. J. Mosley on the same side of the field as the pass. When Marshall passed to Coates, it appeared that Prosch was making illegal contact, according to Rule 7-3-8 of the N.C.A.A. rule book.

In an email response to a request for an interpretation of the rule, the Southeastern Conference said, “It is not offensive pass interference when, after the snap, an ineligible receiver immediately charges and contacts an opponent at a point not more than 1 yard beyond the neutral zone and does not continue the contact more than 3 yards beyond the neutral zone.”

Prosch was an eligible receiver and he was making contact with a defender 5 yards down field. Mosley was not able to get to Marshall and Alabama’s defensive back had to come up to try to make the tackle on Marshall, who passed over his head to a wide-open Coates.

They didn't play. Both suffer from turf toe. Surgery next week. Presser @ 4
