This is really a conversation about who is the third best back because Richardson and Lattimore are clearly the top 2 and are really interchangeable.

Richardson has much more potential to be great than Davis IMO. There's a reason why he's projected to be a first round pick next year.

Well, this is getting wearisome.
Davis is going to run rough shod next year. It will be fun to dig this thread up after the coming season again and find out how that even after Davis leads the league in rushing yards and YPC by a nice margin, still Lattimore, Dyer and Richardson are better - based on potential.

Richardson had a head of steam coming into the 2010 season...as mentioned, Davis came on as the lead back half-way through the season...Davis has another season like 2010, he's gone as well...

Davis is easily the most underated back.
Richardson hasn't put up the big numbers yet, but he's also never really been the guy either. I think he will thrive in the new role.

Richardson is straight nasty. Off the top of my head, I can't think of back with his size, speed, strength, receiving ability, and explosiveness.

Richardson's combination of strength and straight line speed is rare. However, he lacks a bit in elusiveness and vision at times.
He's also one of those guys you want to root for. He's a very down to earth, nice guy.

He's a gym rat too. He just wants to improve at all times. Hard not to like a player with that kind of commitment to the game.

Their opinion sucks just like yours...Latt was the "early leader" across the whole SEC but couldn't finish the grind of the season...Davis just got better...

If Lattimore is so fragile then how was he able to produce more touches, more yards, AND more touchdowns than Davis?

that shouldn't matter, he couldn't play in 2 and half games, bitch move in my opinion. By the way your the one that doesn't want to look at number of carries, that proves davis needed 40 more carries and this thread becomes a davis cocksucking fest.
