This may be the year that Bama fans roll it and tell the police to go frick themselves and then hit the city with enough lawsuits to drive them back to the stoneage.

Good idea. Just tell the police to stay out of it and then it can be like the UGA fan that ended up with the trip to the hospital to show for his efforts.

Actually it would be discrimination. If Auburn students are allowed to roll trees on public property, then it would only be fair to let anyone else roll them as well as long as they handled cleanup the way Auburn does.
And thats even before you bring out the constitution and all with right of free speech and free assembly.
