adjusted.

Covid 7 deaths per million (healthy, under 55)
bee/wasp sting 2 deaths per million (in any one year, any age/health)

I fear neither

Excellent point! Much higher probability of blowing out a knee than dying from COVIDs. Like million to 1.

To be fair , it’s not an either or situation . Just because you didn’t join the 163k plus who have died doesn’t mean the virus is harmless . People have been in comas , on vents, hospitalized with pneumonia etc. Long term effects have been found from the virus as well . If you have had it and it is just a cold as some say , I would consider myself lucky

because five years from now, if they discover long-term effects of Covid-19, Joe Linebacker will come back and sue his university, saying he caught it playing college football...and idiots on a jury will make him a millionaire.

Why is the China virus more dangerous?

Because high ankle sprains and ACLs don't leave you at room temperature after 3 days on a ventilator

Based on that, CV19 will always be more dangerous

Your math is fundamentally off.

Rona 160,000 deaths is about 500 per million. And the number is growing.

Bee/wasp average of 62 deaths is about .2 per million.

Also framing in terms of fear is weird. I do not use the safety on my guns because of fear, I use the safety because of reasonable precautions.

I’m not using math, I’m using values provided by the CDC, the premier national epidemiological organization, tied into every healthcare facility in the country

Have you had it? Know anyone sick ? They will tell you it is like nothing else.

To some, it’s nothing.
To some, it’s a cold.
To some, it’s the flu.
To some, it’s worse than the flu.

Kind of like football injures.

Some don’t get hurt.
Some roll their ankles,
Some get concussed.
Some tear acls.
Some break their necks.
Some die of heat stroke.

A pandemic is well suited to furthering the advance of globalism. Globalisms biggest obstacle is the US as the worlds lone superpower. It has been in decline for the last decade, but a return to nationalist tendencies would reverse that

The pesky thing about nationalism is that a lot of people living under those regimes seem to end up dead.
