I avoided those threads last night but it was always obvious they were not going to sue LSU. LSU had nothing to do with this decision.

Let's say this lawsuit goes through and is somehow successful.

Do you think paying out two NIL bills is going to break the bank?

I genuinely hope LSU is booted.

LSU and Louisiana will tie up the conference in litigation for the next 5+ years.

Why not just insist that the rogue judge enforce his ruling? Kiffin and the players won. If I were the players, I would be kinda mad that Kiffin chickened out and left me hanging.

You were adamant last night LSU would have to pay them. I thought they’d include LSU and it would just get passed up the chain, but they aren’t even doing that.
