1st string defense still hasn’t been scored on. It was 45-0 when the Vols took all starters with 12 minutes in the 3rd quarter.

Great to get respect but much better to get the win. I got Pitt and the points but doubt I need them. 10nc has lots of people believing that they have turned the corner. Pitt is not really a measuring stick as they are not as good as last year imo but they should match up pretty welll. Prove me wrong.

Agree. The concern I have is the Defense. As VolNavy98 said, our starters only played a little over a half, but they did not have any TFL or sacks. We also gave up over 260 yards passing during the game. Im not for sure how many yards our starting secondary gave up.

Will someone train the numb nuts OP on how Vegas lines work? Hint: there are barely any Pitt fans and there are even less who care to put money on a nondescript early season OOC game. So while UT fans are betting money like it’s their super bowl, most casual gamblers don’t give a frick. Get it now?

Earlier today, 76% of bets and money favored UT bettors, yet it's WED and the line only slid .5 pts.
It has the feel of a close game upset or backdoor cover. If the line keeps shifting to build the narrative I just laid out, expect a UTk blowout win.

Line keeps moving because they are receiving 3/4 bets, line has retracted to 6.5 without much change in the allocation of wagered sides. Seven points is a lot to cover on the road against a team that will finish at least a game over .500, especially when you rely so heavily on one side of the ball, specifically one position or two position groups. I would hold your nose either way, revenge spot is the really the best angle for betting TN. I also don't why you pick a 20 point favorite to parlay with for increasing your payout. Have some balls and bet a dog on the money line.
