I didn't say LSU debut, I said QB debut. And yes, 370 yards per game and an 11/3 TD to INT ratio would do it. 154.7 QB rating. All against conference opponents. Yes, I've convinced myself even more.

How is Mac Jones not number 1 on the 20 yard throws down field category?

Because he regularly under throws his target. He’s lucky to have smith and Waddle

Before the downvotes, go watch replays. The receivers would score every time if he was accurate downfield.

I know Coral killed us with his scrambling. He basically had 9 carries for 81 yards, all on scrambles. We did sack him 4 times for -31 yards, but he kept drive after drive alive with his feet. I was impressed.

The lack of designed qb runs against the five man box last week was really frustrating. There were only one or two such runs outside the ten yard line. One was an eight yarder for the first down. Playcalling in that game was no less arrogant than the QB trying to force passes into the heart of the drop 8 zone.

Yeah PFF I call absolute BS when Mac isn’t in that second graphic. How in the world is he not top 4? He’s like 72 percent on throws down the field

Apparently I've watched them more than you.
