Definitely will have to bump this thread if a scandal comes out at another SEC school thats winning a lot of games and see the reaction.
If Miles is having sex with a worker that he just hired at the athletic department, I promise you he will be fired.

My coach can frick who he wants without remorse as long as he is winning games. My moral compass is unaffected by what petrino decides to do with his personal life.
Either you are being ignorant or willfully obtuse, the Petrino situation is definitely more than just your run of the mill infidelity.

haha, the "marine" angle. Love it.
so is it okay to kick them in the head???
That doesn't sound like what Jesus would do...since we are all being high and mighty about our football teams.

Yeah I know. I love how infatuated y'all are with this guy. It's remarkable how infallible he is. Four kids and this is the normal response. haha

Have you seen miles wife? If he isn't getting some side tail from the office I would be disappointed in him. His wife is clearly an old school softball player.

but given his track record at Arkansas he deserves and has earned another shot.
yes, in his long and winding 4 year career at Arkansas all he's done is have an affair w/ the fiance of another UA employee who he then hired to work directly under him and make a circus of his university trying to cover it up. Aside from that, he's been super. That's not even taking into account his previous history of pathetic character flaws

The coach worship by Arkansas fans was bound to blow up at some point.
It's what happens when you worship and build someone up to be bigger than your university. It's pretty sad and embarrassing.

"Them" constitutes knowledge that this scumbag was a marine. As discussed, the guy that started the fight in the bar wasn't sporting his marine uniform.

I love how defensive. I bet if petrino is retained, his suspension is less than JJ's.

I hope that comforts you every time you see a game day sign making fun of your coach.

That's possible, I guess a better example would be Saban. Despite having a lot of success Miles seems to catch heat a lot from LSU fans.

like i said he fvcked up pretty badly. i am not one to minimize the event.
but IMHO he has earned another shot with his track record.
But as soon as it was known that jessica is not going to be a problem than there was really no reason not to keep him besides some bruised egos and trust issues
you also have to understand, lsu, bama, even Florida to some extent, we aren't you. we are good. we can and probably will beat all of you this year, but year in and year out we aren't you we don't have that tradition, those recruiting grounds.l it's quite easy for a lsu fan to say they want to stand on the high ground when you can put kermit the frog at head coach and still sign 10 4 stars out of your own back yard year in and year out. we can't do that. we never will be able to do that. you will never be able to see the situation threw the eyes of our fans because you don't have the same road blocks as we have.
it's not about winning is more important than everything it's just being realistic. he isn't breaking any laws and we have a really good program right now and that be told he isn't very replaceable for our situation.

Neither is a suitable example because you've never won the west under dildo.
