I absolutely care about DWIs, and I never said otherwise. Smith was pulled over for speeding. The cops then gave him a field sobriety test and breathalyzer test.

He passed the breathalyzer, but according to the police, failed the field test based on their assessment of his abilities. That raises a red flag. Was he actually impaired? Or did the cops just say he was so they could search the car?

As discussed above, if there was a blood test, that will tell the tale definitively one way or another.

If no blood test, or it comes back clean, then there better be convincing recorded footage of Smith failing the field sobriety test tasks that would explain why the cops "failed" him when he was sober, or else it starts to looks a whole lot like the cops just said he failed because they wanted to search his car.

We both know I'm probably not though.

That his civil rights were violated, which is essentially what you’ve assumed from the beginning? No, you’re not “probably right” about that. That’s a huge leap you’ve been taking with nothing to support it as of now.

All charges dropped.

I'm obviously not surprised since it was obviously bullshite from the start.

It is sad to see an institution like Texas A&M, that prides itself on integrity, discipline, and tradition, turn into such a mess.>€>>>>>>

That’s all talk, nothing could be farther from the truth.
