As SEC fans, we've seen alot of sleazy coaching moves, but this has to be one of the worst.
Ole Miss takes a huge risk hiring Lane knowing he had been fired from three other programs AND left UT in the dead of night after one year. They give him the opportunity to put the pieces of his life back together. Now, after leading them to the best season in a lifetime, he's going to intentionally ruin it to go bilk LSU out of $15 million a year.
I'm reminded of Josh Pate's story about after the playoff game vs Wahington when he was at Bama, Sexton met him in the breezeway with two cell phones with two different schools on the line playing them against each other. He didn't even go in the locker room & talk to the team after a playoff win & NCG berth. Just stood outside trying to parlay into a different job.
Honestly, I think LSU can do better than this grifting pos. Dude just loves to leave a wake of destruction.
