Paul Petrino will make a name for himself in 2012

Arkansas' offense is primed for success with:
-A 5th year senior, all-sec QB
-An experienced offensive line
-Stable of experienced, talented RB's that returns the SEC's leading rusher from 2010
-Deep and talented WR corps
-An experienced playmaker at TE, backed up by another great, young receiving threat
If Paul remains as the OC, he will finally get to call the plays and be the head honcho on offense. Those of you who think Arkansas can't maintain its offensive production without Bobby Petrino, you are generally right. But for this season, with this experienced offense that has been groomed by Bobby Petrino for the last 4 years, and with his brother running it, I expect little, if any, drop-off.
Rightly or wrongly, Paul Petrino will get a ton of credit for Arkansas' offense this year, and teams in need of a head coach will see him as the next Bobby Petrino but without the baggage.

Offense isn't their problem, defense is.
Same shite, different year.

I'm not familiar with Illinois' team from last year, but I bet you that not a single one of their skill players would sniff the field at Arkansas, if they could even make the team in the first place.

I agree. Hopefully Paul Haynes and Taver Johnson improve our tackling and fundamentals from last season.

Yeah, we saw how terrible Arkansas' 5.7's did against all those Auburn 5-stars last season.

Exactly, Bobby was a great coach.
