This is fun to ascribe to me what I believe and then laugh at it. But you're better than that. Stonehog isn't.

Socioeconomic, cultural and educational differences make up the large part of the differences we see in testing. But most experts don't think they make up all of the difference. So, it the differences above account for 80-85% of the differences, then the discussion is (as I've said before) largely academic. But it doesn't mean that we can't have a discussion. But we seem very afraid to address these questions honestly. And anyone who is simply mildly observant is labeled with a question mark as though they could be racist. You can call me whatever you want. It doesn't change anything about me.

Oh, see, it all sounds very reasonable...until we start asking tough questions like, "Which experts?" and "Where's the poll that shows 'most experts' taking this stance?"

Thing is, asking questions is good. But asking questions simply to reinforce your preconceptions is, well, a lot less good. The nature of your questions relies on theories that have yet to be proven and 'experts' that have yet to be cited. Prof pointed out the Human Genome Project. That's a verifiable source. What's yours? Any discussion on your talking points is a waste of time until you prove they're not simply figments of the imagination/predisposition.

Just a fact. No black head coach has won a national championship in the modern era. Only 1 has won a Superbowl.

If you want to play the odds, get a white head coach and a white quarterback. And Black everything else. only 11 blacks have ever won a national championship as quarterback, and only 2 a super bowl, and only one of them was a year long starter.

So? Has a redheaded coach won one? How about a deaf coach? What about a one-armed coach? What about a woman? How about a gay coach? Asian coach? Albino coach? Coach with the first name that starts with Z and last name starts with Z? How about a coach under $100,000/ year salary?

Again, we can on and on and on about groups of people that have or have not done something. Who gives a shite what color their skin is?????

Give it up. Prejudice, sexism, racism will ALWAYS exist for millions of groups. It's human nature to judge people regardless of why. When people stop pointing the figure all the time, it would completely change.

Again, dumb fricks like you continue to act like color matters. Who gives a shite if blacks have a lower IQ on average. Who cares about any of that. You get the best HUMAN BEING to do the job you think will be the right fit. That's it. Done.

We don't bitch about 61% of basketball players being black. They get the job done. We don't bitch that most RBs are black, they get the job done.

Race is an excuse.

Again, groups like the NAACP want to continue to fuel this shite because it feeds the pocket of the higher ups. Just like union leaders.

You think any of them live in a house under $1m like the 99% they represent???

I agree the NCAA is a terrible governing body. The only color they care about is Green. Kevin Sumlin will probably get himself a ring. My point is everyone has their strong points and weak points.

You said "Asians are better at math."

Asia is a pretty big continent, sure you wanna stick with that?

And I doubt some impoverished kid living in Cambodia with no education would be better at math than a privileged white kid simply because he's from an Asian country.
