Kendall's comments don't even make sense TBH. On one hand he says those rumors are false but then when someone asks him if O'Sullivan told LSU no, he says no. So is he trying to say he wasn't offered the job but for some other reason?

The way I'm reading it and based on what he has said over the last 24 hours is that LSU board hasn't rejected the idea of offering O'Sullivan and since he is still a candidate, he hasn't turned down the LSU job.
Thats how I see it at least.

I mean, because Kendall broke a story that Pat Casey is the leading candidate for the LSU job doesn't mean he is. And if his source is actually an Aggie premium board, I kind of just lost a lot of respect for him. Sounds like he's parroting stuff he reads on message boards, not a great look for a media member if his "sources" are anonymous people on the interent, just saying. Not that it's surprising as I've seen tigerrant rumors make their way to the media, but I laugh every time I see it. If the Pat Casey stuff is actually coming from TexAgs, I'll take it with a huge grain of salt.

I've always thought that O'Sullivan would be the hire, so was surprised to see the information this morning. Blew my mind when TA said that Casey was the lead candidate for LSU last night when discussing the Schloss hire. However, KR just said as much, and he would know ...
