The mayor needs to body slam the chief of police and get this case dropped sooner rather than later. You don't fail to turn on your body cam as a cop. The cop comes across as a cowboy and the defense will eat his lunch at every charge.

That poor cop got dragged for 20 yards and tore his knees up. Major resisting arrest as well. Scottie is going to die of old age in prison. Thank god for the officer.

The tax payers are the ones who will ultimately pay the price. The cops there are obviously Incompetent and crooked.
