OU still has two loseable games in Mizzou and LSU, though they are at home.

We should handle both of them, but to your point, all I'm focused on is the next game.

But every single team can go back and say what if and what if we played them today?

Uhh, one of the top QB's in the nation having hand surgery on his throwing hand and losing the next 2 games is just silly to even talk about then. Gotcha. No different than a freshman QB getting more experience during the season? Riiiight.

I’m still not buying OSU at no 1

I can’t believe they’ve stuck at 1 with that schedule. It’s a flaw of pre-season rankings in the AP poll, the playoff committee has no such excuse. They’ve done absolutely NOTHING to be in that spot other than beat really bad teams. A lot of weight being put on that not-so-impressive Texas win in damn week 1.

They’re a very talented team but they’re going to be like a relief pitcher coming into the World Series having no warmup pitches when they finally have to face a battle-tested team in the playoffs.

OSU UGA Indiana OU Bama Aggy In that order

So two 2 loss SEC teams over an undefeated SEC team?

A 2 loss SEC team who lost to a very mediocre Texas team and a 2 loss SEC team who lost to a bad Florida State team over an undefeated SEC team with a top 10 win over Notre Dame???

I hate Aggie as much as anyone but that’s just fricking ridiculous

Our freshman QB is the heir apparent, and throwing him in against one of the best defenses in the country builds character. Sink or swim so to speak. I don't think we will be as much of a cupcake as LSU. MIZ...

I don't think there's a worse match up in the conference for Missouri than Oklahoma. You could argue aTm possibly but even they don't make plays behind the LOS at the rate the Sooners do. Combine that with their schedule and how battle tested they are and I think Hardy gets held below 100 and Zollers turns the ball over a couple times.

OU would have to collapse to lose to a Mizzou team with a true freshman QB and LsU team with players opting out.

Who has opted out?

The third string QB is the only one officially not on the team anymore.

Sure, Nuss has probably unofficially opted out, but that actually helps LSU.

seems the most likely scenario.

although our D is going to give their weak O a lot of problems also. OK wins

Oklahoma is the best two loss team and should be no worst than 8.

I would love to see it. Cut out the turnovers and missed FG, and it's a different game.
