You aren't allowed 20 more. Originally there was a 120 player limit. 85 scholarships and as many walk ons as the team desired up to the 120 roster cap. Now the roster cap is at 105 firm. So 15 players have to go. OU had large recruiting classes last couple years. Some of those players are going to have to go and BV had to limit the class this year. He also wants to hit the portal hard.
