Love the renderings. Excited for LSU to release theirs and pumped it’ll be on campus.

When do you guys get the new arena? Is it upgrades to the PMAC or new location and stadium?

That’s a lot of money.
Tennessee is also dumping some cash on and around Neyland including a new hotel.
These universities have money for pet projects but turn around and ask us for more money.
Player tax on tickets etc

The plan is within the next 3 years. It is a partnership with the city, and LSU will fully own the arena after the 30-year agreement is up. It will be built on LSU's campus, however.

We are keeping the PMAC for gymnastics, volleyball, and some coaching offices.

Honestly happy LSU is going that route. shite, Texas has 5x the money LSU has and still partnered with Austin for Moody. We are going with the architects that handled Moody so should be nice.

You are right. Not only is this coming but the OU airport is just east of this is getting a longer runway and a huge new apron to park those sweet SEC fan jets. It will connect with the entertainment zone.

Looks great... Oklahoma was definitely the best addition to the SEC since the first expansion

OU did not "put it out there" for UT.

That looks amazing. I love it when places don't go for the run of the mill look.

...and holy shite. Inflation is crazy. That's an $800 million build just 10 years ago.

I like her, but it is the Southeastern Conference or SEC. Not the SEC Conference. That would be redundant.
