I am not a criminal lawyer but would expect these issues to be raised in litigation.

What does political affiliation have to do with this? Dumb comment. SEC schools are in the deep south and you believe all the presidents of these institutions are liberal. This is misguided blame at its finest. Please read and educate yourself.

He will make up a different lie. The commissioner of the conference committed perjury in front everyone and now LSU is being threatened to get kicked out of the conference for not playing or rostering the players and a stupid quip by the headcoach. It was all okay when he said "get your popcorn ready." We all loved that. But, now we are no longer welcomed in the conference. This shite is obviously about something much bigger than this. I think people are finally starting to see it.

It’s academia. Nationwide over 70% of university administrators identify as liberal compared to only 6% who identify as conservative.
