This whole "Big 6" thing is relative though. Tennessee ... meh. No one is worried about the vols anymore, seriously. No knock on the vols, but they'll need to earn their way back. The other five, yeah, I get it. Definitely the Big 5 in this conference. Cudos to them. They've collectively never had a seriously down period like the vols have had in recent memory and certainly have never lost every conference game in a season in recent memory.

The first number shows the effective year drought however the second number gives you a good indication of who has had success in that period.

Difference is they've won an SEC and national championship recently ... and came close to playing for another this year.

A big six member should have to hang an 0-8 banner and have it shame them just as much as a natty banner would bring them glory.
