Hell coach that's unfair. I have to make 3 trips to Publix for milk and bread. One to compare prices. One because I can't decide on whole wheat or straight (and delicious) white mountain and by then I can't remember if it was milk and bread or eggs and bacon. So I usually get all four (or make that all five when I double down on the bread issue). I need to sell my stall and build down on the beach too where they have runners for all that crap. But I can't stand yankee men though living next door to a couple of whorish 50-55 YO Florida Woman types has some appeal.

I'm still baffled that after taking FSU to an NC only to systematically destroy the entire program because of his horrible and selfish decisions, people act like he's Bill Walsh

The attempt to re-write Jimbo’s record at FSU is so hilariously lame. I can’t decide if the “Jimbo couldn’t win without Winston” or the “It’s Jimbo’s fault that Taggart can’t coach” is more laughable. It’s a toss up, really.

Hell, my entire life revolves Publix and its weekly BOGOs. We should've figured a way to incorporate BOGOs into our old business...they'd be making mini-TV series about us now if we had!

You could say this about half a dozen SEC programs, this isn’t some amazing and breathtaking development.
-Auburn can and has beat Bama at their place.
-Georgia and LSU could do it.
-Hell, sometimes you don’t even need a super talented team to do it (see South Carolina and Ole Miss)

And let’s not forget that Sumlin managed to do it AT Bama (yeah I know, Johnny Football)

The problem is you will still have to play the rest of the SEC and take a couple losses in the process. Bama will take the loss, win out, then take home a championship.

No shat Sherlock. I've had to add on an extra storage room for BOGO writing tablets (haven't written a letter in years), Mac and Cheese kits (I love that stuff but it takes a team of illegals to hose down my kitchen and get the smoke smell out after I make it then fall asleep in my chair while it's cooking), and any other 90 day old units they prey on us old folks to get their inventory right.

The closest thing to it that I can remember was when somebody(wish I could remember who) was offering a loaded up, tricked-out conversion van AND a free Vega with any purchase!
My wife just built us a new house off the beach so we could go and have some peace when the beach got overrun. I made only 2 demands in regards to its entire construction. They were 1) a side-by-side industrial size refrigerator/freezer for my Publix BOGOs and a shower big enough to accommodate both me and my van!...I got'em both!

PS- seriously, the damn frig/frez is 7 1/2 feet across! Recently a really trendy grocer here in town ran a sale on prime ribeye steaks ( $7.99 per lb.), so I slid on down there and bought $400.00 worth of'em!...had to make room for them among all my gals. of BlueBell ice cream and Mrs. Edwards pies!

I like your style and admire your frugality as demonstrated by your holding your costs down to a frivolous (by comparison) $400. I've got my schedule down for AM coffee with a pard to meet every WED @ 8:30 @ the local Panera's. He thinks it's a happenstance. BS. The new BOGO's hit every WED AM and I grab the Publix foldout from the local mullet wrapper and spend an hour or so picking stuff up and putting it back if I can't figure out a place to hide it. And the Publix is next door to the Panera! Don't wanna miss the toofer deals on Blue Bell and Mrs Smith's and those deli egg custard pies. And it ain't just the Publix. When I figgered out how to buy worthless crap from Amazon I was on a first name basis with the UPS drivers. I finally called a halt when one of the wooden arms in my closet collapsed under the weight of about 30 pairs of Wranglers. Amazon stock fell when my wife started clearing all the save for later specials daily. That "one click" trap had me stepping for a while.

BTW, I got three fridge's, two on the back porch. Small one for my junk and a bigger one for B-E-E-R only. And there might be one can of Bud among them. That's all I drink and I'll have one about twice a month. My kids roll in here like clockwork dragging husbands and hanger-ons to the cheapest honky tonk pool parties in America. Remember when I had one of the three back yard, real inground pools in Columbus and I didn't even own a key to the doors which were unlocked 24/7? It's about like that scene from about now through labor day! I just need to hang an OPEN neon sign some place and let it rip. Further as ole Curtis Hargrove woulda said it "7 and half feet wide? You must be on a diet"

I'm honestly not sure what this post means. It was obvious to anybody that watches college football that Jimbo quit on FSU. There is no attempt to rewrite Jimbo's record, he built FSU back up from 7-6 in 2009 to a team in 2012 that lost 2 games and shouldn't have. He recruited like an SOB and in 2013 it all came together with immense talent, a young Jameis that hadn't lost his mind yet, and Jeremy Pruitt taking a top 5 defense to another level. Candi happened and Jameis lost his mind so instead of being a wire to wire #1 in 2014 like many thought, FSU squeaked out game after game as an ill prepared football team stocked full of NFL players because Jimbo's head was already out of FSU and Tally after Candi fricked the whole town. That season culminated in a blowout to Oregon in the inaugural CFB playoff and it was downhill from there. He left the program in shambles because he couldn't recruit positions of need and the players that he had held no respect for him or the program, and he didn't care. He fled from one of the preeminent programs in the country to go to TAMU for a bunch of money. Taggart is an awful coach but Jimbo basically handed him a sack of dogshitt on his way out of the office

I mean, with a name like Candi, he had to know what he was getting into right?

Or more accurately what everyone else would be getting into.

Curtis died and so did his wife, Mildred. Last time I saw him, he was sitting in a lawn chair outside the tent of an off-site car sale waiting on a up!...had to have been 80...maybe 85! He's probably up there right now giving old Willis a ration of shite...making his life hell in heaven!

I do think he quit on FSU as well but only when it was clear he was never going to get the support he needed to sustain the success.

Believe it or not most FSU fans saw that there was something wrong as soon as the first game of 2014. I wanted him to take the LSU or Texas job and leave FSU to either make a good decision or a bad one. Unfortunately we made a bad decision in Taggart but who we hired has nothing to do with the fact that the guy we were replacing gave up on the team and his players. You A&M fans can be as excited as you want, Jimbo does seem to have a new energy, but just be excited and quit ignorantly trying to argue that a team like FSU is somehow not as cool as frickin Texas A&M, I mean... Jimbo is a decent X's and O's coach who can run a program

If Jimbo puts some great evaluators around him he can be dangerous.

As much talent as he brought to Florida St they underachieved. The evaluators at Florida State including Tim Brewster weren't the best.

Best comparsion I have to Jimbo is Mark Richt

You sound like a 12 year old. Why would I be sad or angry or bitchy after 3 National Championships, 3 Heisman winners, uncountable All Americans and draft picks, Hall of Famers, and some of the best players in the history of CFB? Seriously, that makes no sense
