LSU fans can try and create narratives that the SEC was weaker in 2024 than it was in 2023. This is just a false narrative and no support for it whatsoever. There is no basis for anything you are saying and in fact the basis for any argument would prove you wrong.
There's plenty of proof it was a down year lol.
2023 national seeds: 8 of the top 16 seeds in sec
2024 national seeds: 5 of the top 16 in sec
I can keep going if you want to feel even more embarrassed.

yay dummy responded
2023 LSU
ERA: 4.47
WHIP: 1.30
Homeruns : 144
Batting Average: .308
Fielding percentage: 0.975
2024 Tennessee
ERA: 3.89
WHIP: 1.25
Homeruns: 184
Batting Average: .310
Fielding Percentage: 0.976
Not only was Tennessee the overall more accomplished team (trophies wise and wins wise). They had better stats than the 2023 LSU team. Tennessee hit more homeruns and had better batting averages in addition to better pitching numbers. And they were a better fielding team. There is no metric that 2023 LSU can beat Tennessee in haha
Starting to feel bad for you

More homeruns due to matchbox ball field they play in (390 to dead center is a joke) and a better batting average by a whopping .002 of a point lol.
But averages against teams aren't better due to the tenner being better. It's due to the competition being worse than it was in 2023, as evidenced by the number of national seeds.
You keep making yourself look worse and worse.
Hold a draft today of the top players on both teams. Skenes and Crews would go 1 and 2.

Congrats on playing more games though.
Nice, so you admit 2025 Tennessee are the real HR record holder then as it was done with the run rule impacting ability to pad stats.
Appreciate your honesty

Tenn finished 8th in sec congrats .

lol what does having the 1 and 2 pick in the draft have to do with anything haha? If anything it makes yall look worse that you didn't win more.
2023 LSU
-2 first round draft picks
2024 Tennessee
-2 first round draft picks
Face it dude, Tennessee had more wins, better stats, and more accolades. They competed in Omaha against more SEC teams. There are no numbers that supports the SEC being weaker when they literally had more teams in Omaha in 2024 than 2023. Why is this so hard for you to admit?
I am starting to admire how you can actually cherry pick maybe 1 or 2 facts when the overwhelming majority of the numbers prove you wrong.
Lastly, I love how LSU fans are obsessed with the size of Tennessee park when they literally haven't won a game in Knoxville in 10 years. If its so small then why can't LSU hit balls there too??? Oh well Im sure you have more trash to collect before the end of the day so no need to keep all this going bud
Headline: "2024 Tennessee had more wins, more trophies, better stats (batting, pitching, and fielding) but LSU fans still think they are better" what a joke

Only team in sec with 1 poster ( you) with 60 alters. What’s your point?

Proving who had the better players doesnt matter to you lol.
Your crutch is subjective stats and trophies programs like LSU dont care about.
Sec titles and tourney titles dont mean shite. The standard is getting to Omaha, then winning it. That's it. Every other season is a failure when you're LSU.
The SEC in 2024 was not as good as the SEC in 2023. Its not a debate. Its facts.

I've already shown you that the SEC got more national seeds in 2023 than 2024, why ignore that metric? I'll tell you why, because it shows you how wrong you are.

Oof. Its pretty clear to anyone that appreciates baseball that there was a down year in the SEC in 2024. I mean aggie made the title game lol.

Tenner fans act like their king shite when it comes to hrs, yet get butthurt as all get out when their high school field gets called out for what it is lol.

I know you got a lot of yards to mow today so I'll leave you to it.

lol so in summation
-LSU had the better players but worse team stats…got it
-stats and physical trophies are subjective metrics…got it
-“objectively” since the SEC had more national seeds but fewer teams in Omaha the conference was better 2023…got it
I don’t think you know how to use the words subjective and objective because you are getting them backwards lol. You can’t argue numbers or won physical trophies, they are objective by definition. The funny thing is national seeding is a subjective metric because it’s done by a group of people opinions haha. Which is why people always get mad at it…
Also hate to burst your bubble but the Aggies went 53-15 (19-11) last year which is nearly identical to LSU in 2023 54-17 (19-10) so not sure what denigrating their year does for you lol.
Lastly I don’t care how big Tennessee ballpark is all long as we win our home games so still not sure why LSU hasn’t been able to win there in 10 years.
Please figure out how to use words correctly before responding pal
I know LSU doesn't have the best academics but some of this language stuff is middle school

lol ok buddy I'll let you have the last post, cause I know you will probably respond to this. But just so we are clear how the words work, objectively, Tennessee was better based on facts and trophy cases. Subjectively, LSU was better based on LSU fans' personal biases and emotional feelings that have no factual data to support them.
You definitely did more harm than good for LSU today with this thread showing...whoof. My apologies to the rest of LSU, I did not expect her to be this dumb and emotional. When are us men gonna learn, you can't bring numbers to an argument with an emotional woman

I already proved you that it was a down year based on the national seeds alone. You chose to respond by saying thats opinion based, when its really not. They use rpi and several other metrics to determine national seeding.
You're ignorance is not baffling, but merely sad and expected.
