Of course you are cherrypicking. I'm saying that they lower the standards at schools all the time, so Kelly saying he couldn't recruit at ND is an excuse.

I was using non-revenue sports to show that if they are lowing the standards that much for kids who won't earn money for the school, then they are likely lowering standards even more for the revenue sports
