Yea I know we haven't been in 22 years, but we are going this year!
Some of yall vets give me some advice. Are tickets sold game by game or is it like a day pass kinda thing like the Final 4? Are they hard to get? Anything to do in the area outside of the baseball?

They sell books of tickets at grocery stores. Get a book and I believe its a ticket for every game. Tailgating is really fun there as well.

sit next to the whistler on the plane ride over. when he introduces himself, put a pillow case over his head, punch him 2 times, and push him out of the plane.

if you get there too late for a book, buy GA tickets anyway. EVERY day there is a game, you can return to the box office that morning (they'll tell you the time, it's like 8:30ish) and you can upgrade them to chairs if they are available.
GA will leave you in the outfield.... with every little league team in the Omaha area.

Hope that you play UNC in game 1. Try to petition for it, if possible....

...oh and bring a flashlight because they have 3 candles in the entire place used for light.... oh...and plan on going somewhere else after for food. the drover is highly over-rated, and will be crowded to the gills with old folks.

The zoo, the casino and the steak houses are about it. Plan on good tailgating parties with the apparent SEC tams there and you'll get more bang for your bucks. Tell the locals you are the LSU tigers and you will get all kinds of free shite.
