Ole Miss fans... what about Fedora at USM?.... seems like a good, young coach who knows mississippi and has experience (OC at Ok State).

The more I think about it the less I want smart. I think his successes are a direct product of having superior talent and a great head coach. I want someone Like Sumlin, leach, or hudspeth. Guys that have shown they can win with inferior talent (which we will have most of the time).

Robert Khayat wants Hugh Freeze in some capacity. What I honestly think will happen is we rehire TT with HF as OC. Thus ensuring that the cycle of retreads continues.

His name has been tossed around. We'll see.

Can I get an explanation on all of the Rich Rod love? He couldn't win at Michigan, a school with facilities and resources light years ahead of Ole Miss', so why could he win here?

They were under probation the whole time he was there and he had a pretty big rebuilding project ahead of him after Lloyd Carr's ouster. But, Michigan got better every year he was there (three wins, then five wins, then seven wins... now they're at seven wins with a few games left on the schedule). Frankly, had he been given the time to rebuild completely, Michigan would be in fine shape with him as head coach.

LINK

John Bacon, who writes a really good blog about Michigan and is a professor there, recently releasted a tell-all book of sorts which basically details how Rich Rod was a good person and coach in a bad situation.

No, he is close friends with my mother and most of the people that are at our tent. Hell, he was there most of the '08 season. My whole family is well connected at FedEx. 75% of our tent are FedEx people and not the lower level minions either

No shite. You're tailgating in the Grove, not the Liberty Bowl parking lot.
