You are poorly informed about what we lost. We lost ONE dline starter and get a three year starter back that had to redshirt. We return our leading tackler at linebacker. Also, another p5 team's leading tackler. Tony Conner, all American, is our best safety. He's in the best shape of his life im told. If FSU scores a lot it well be against a very good defense.

I have been saying for months I thought Ole Miss could and should win this game. I think FSU is very good but they lack a good QB and the way Houston shut them down was shutting down the run. They were extremely 1 dimensional. FSU also lost some key players on the def and an all world kicker minus the GT game.

They'll be in good position to make the playoff at any rate.

If we can block up front we will certainly have a shot. Offense line starts is the only area where we don't return the majority of our production. Our offense will decide this game, not FSUs.

Ole Miss should win this one. FSU will come together later in the year when they get the QB some experience, but as an opening game, my money is on Ole Miss.

Ole Miss wins 34-24. I think OM's Defesne will slow down Cook down and I don't trust FSU's QB play

I think it's going to be close, but if hinges on FSU's QB. If it is Francois, I got them winning by a TD or less. With Maguire, I'd say Ole Miss wins by a TD or less.

I like Ole Miss. I feel like Cook is getting too much love and I like Chad Kelly to come up big.

Ole Miss 31
FSU 27

Cook us bad arse, the real deal, future nfl star. If FSU wants to, they can hand it to him every play vs OM and win by 3 scores.

I predict Ole Miss to forfeit this game and all the others.

I watched the replay of the OM v Arky game yesterday, you guys really are going to miss Tunsil and Treadwell, #5 was good but lots of plays off. Kelley is really good.

FSU is loaded, they didnt lose much, tough opener for OM.

I'm not too concerned with wide recievers. We have plenty of talent there and a QB that can get them the ball. Left tackle is a legitimate worry. Even if little is the next tunsil, it's unrealistic to expect him to be what tunsil was as a third year starter. However, I'm hoping we are better across the board up front as a unit. Plenty of talent and experience at the other four spots. It should be a good game. I'd have FSU favored only because it's basically a home game for them.

You mofo's predicting FSU to put up 40+ points on us with a red-shirt freshman QB who has never taken a live snap in College football are full of crap... and it's also the first game of the year... he will not be in sync with all of his weapons first game... he will be running for his life when the landsharks get on that arse..

They will try to run the ball down out throats (hopefully).. We will have the deepest D-Line in Freeze's tenure this year.. and I'd love to see them try that..

You're ignoring the fact that you lost damn near your entire defense, and still have no LB's.

Not to say you won't win, I generally think FSU is vastly overrated so really have no idea how good they will or won't be.

FSU defense stacked. Ole miss can't run the rock. They will tee off on swag kelly. I think FSU wins a close one. But I'm Pulling for ole miss because it helps Lsu with quality wins assuming they beat the Rebs this year

My guess also. Hope the Rebals can stay within 4 TD's.
