Denzel is a diva that starts shite that's a good reason. I'm not presuming guilt though.

Ooh Divas are a pain but you're right not to just presume. Thanks for the honest/informative answer.

I'm guessing the details and circumstances are in question as well.

It was actually James Franklin/Vandy. Clay's a Vandy alum. Don't know what the poor guy is gonna do with Jimmy Frank. Clay was all Fatal Attraction in love with Franklin.

Every now and then he'll homer for some other school like UT, OM, Aubie, but the last few years it's been all about Frankie.

For the first time in my life last year, ESPN had a hard on for us. Every time we played on television they were sucking our dicks about how great our freshmen were and how we were on the rise. I didn't know what to think.

he doesn't really have any school allegiance. has a radio show here in Nashville, and obviously that site. He's all about rustling jimmies and will say/write whatever gets the reaction...like the "dumbest fan base" articles.

every school's fanbase think's he hates their school/loves the rival.

once you understand his shtick, he can be entertaining.

My posts earlier in this thread were just saying there was no evidence for a criminal conviction.

There could be some evidence for criminal behavior. The DA may have decided there wasn't enough evidence to get a conviction.

They were not found "Not Guilty", so I imagine a criminal case could be re-opened if new evidence surfaces. (Doubtful)

The evidence that does exist may be enough to win a civil suit. The suit has been filed. The next step is for the brothers to respond to the charges. The suit may get dismissed at the preliminary hearing. If not, then both parties will probably be asked to settle the case in arbitration.

If it goes to trial, there could be 6 or 12 jurors. If 6, only 5 need to agree. If 12, only 9 need to agree.

They're standing by their claim that the brothers were there but left when the trouble started.

He's a Tennessee guy, no? So that means he hates Alabama, has a soft spot in his heart for Auburn and from my limited knowledge, he seems to like Texas A&M.
