If he doesn't want to be called names maybe he shouldn't be fricking other people's women. And he definitely shouldn't be hitting people in the back of the head for it, regardless of motives.

We don't know that the he hit him in the back of the head any more than we know he was fricking the dude's girl.
It's all hearsay at this point.

Considering it was at Ole Miss he is lucky he wasn't lynch mobbed and killed. He should have thanked the guy for being so generous as to only call him a few unkind words.

You don't leave Atlanta to go back to Nigeria and suddenly become elected to the legislature in an oil rich state unless you're dirty as frick with influential cronies in your purse. Ask yourself why in the hell anyone would leave Atlanta to return to the God forsaken hell hole that is Nigeria, if not for the opportunity to sink their tentacles into the country's oil wealth.
The Nkemdiches come from one of the most corrupt cultures on the planet, and the family has plenty of money. Elections are rigged, votes are bought, voters are intimidated. If you have money, you can literally buy your way into and out of anything. Accountability doesn't exist. Maybe the lawsuit would get thrown out, maybe it wouldn't...but it wouldn't surprise me one bit to see the Nkemdiche family settle it under the table to avoid their finances and sources of income being exposed.
