Should have been there when Doc Fogulfrick was in his prime. My year in charge he changed bid day to where we could only go outside for a group photo. So I let them have a slip n slide in the house. One Sunday morning on his run he saw cups by our fence, dave called me at 7am to clean them up. Dick

Dude I'm not getting into a pissing match with you about this because I really couldn't care less about this, however,

I would love it if you wouldn't try to connect that to my fraternity.

The dude dropped and the committed suicide? To say it didn't have anything to do with it is a stretch. I'm not saying it 100% did but you can't say that it 100% didn't either.

Unless you're like a 6th year senior you wouldn't have been there when that started unless they got into some more shite recently.

No pissing match desired, sorry if I came off that way.

He dropped in the spring, a full year ago. I can't say that dropping pledging didn't contribute to his depression but I can tell you that he wasn't hazed whatsoever. Our pledge process had been completely revamped and it wasn't until a new exec took over in Fall 2013 that "pushups" resumed, which in reality were "work parties" consisting of pushups, sit ups, and wall sits. The pledging process, that he specifically experienced, was basically nothing more than being a pledge in status for a semester.

I'm in my 7th year doing grad school. As I mentioned earlier I was a Sig Ep from 2007-2011. The initial KS stuff happened in Fall 2006 when I started rushing, the rest of it was when I was an active in like 2009.

Doesn't come as much of a shock. They (or at least Robert) were in Athens a couple weekends ago at Silver Dollar and were in the middle of what almost became a brawl. Was at the bar right next to that group when it erupted. The lights came on in order to break people apart. Robert was mad and appeared to be the main aggressor.

I'm confused, and am not going to read 14 pages worth of what is likely another OM-MSU piss fest in order to find out what I want, so I'm just gonna ask here.

Why the hell is he suing for 2 million? Can he like, walk and function physically as a member of a society?

I'm not going to make an "Ole Miss pays their players" joke here, but I'm going to think it loudly.

Basically nobody has shown to know anything other than what is in the article. Says that he had extreme inner ear damage.

MSU-OM relations have actually been pretty non-violent in this thread. More so than a Nkemdiche beat down at least.

I was under the impression when you sued for something like this the amount you sued for was something like Medical Bills + Days of work missed due to hospital time(Which wouldn't apply here) + "Hardship fee". I just don't see how the money comes out to be that much.

He let the Nkemdiche's recruit a team full of their boys, what do you expect.

Has always seemed OM gets talented players that aren't exactly focused on football.

First reported by beastmansteve a year ago tomorrow -- 2 days after it happened. He had more info in his initial article than was included in this one. Just the latest in a long line of "ED lies!!!" that eventually prove themselves true...

When was the last time you saw a hospital bill? It'd be EASY to rack up 2 million. Easy.

Plus, he can sue for emotional damages.

If it makes you feel better, plenty of people heard about it on our side of the rivalry as well.

What I had heard was that nobody was arrested (which is true) which is why I wasn't (and still am not) worried about it.

I'd argue an event that happened during the Croom days matters little with the new regime, but pank doesn't care anyways.
