Look at the bottom left of the "infographic." It's on a door

So Hardy are you saying you like or hate Fried Chicken? If love, have you been to Two Sisters? Pretty much one of the best in Jackson (except mine but I use the Ad Hoc recipe....hard to believe but Thomas Keller, of French Laundry fame, has the best recipe ever)

Agree. Canes is a white thrash version of Zaxbys

Canes is so overrated. Baton Rouge went crazy for it, but I'll take popeyes 10 times out of 10 over it.
Agree for the most part, and I live in BR. Canes' chicken has no taste, and the sauce is nasty. And their celebrity endorser (Les Miles) is a fail. I keep a bottle of buffalo sauce handy any time I think I'm gonna eat Canes. Plus points for Texas toast. Their crushed ice and Coke are terrific. And the service is great.
Popeyes is better food, but the service is so bad that I don't go very often for that reason.

If Les is a fail I'd love to hear all your achievements.

Bojangles

Yup. Their service seems to be way better than every fast food restaurant not named Chick-Fil-A.
But aa far as food, Canes isn't bad, but it isn't great either. Their chicken alone doesn't have a very good taste. They also seem to be inconsistent in quality of chicken. Sometimes the strips are super small or either too greasy or dry. The sauce and toast is good though. Fries taste like cafeteria fries. I hate all Cole slaw so I won't comment on theirs.

The next day I work in the food service industry will be my first but as the opinions vary so here on the small and unscientific survey sample, I would say that since almost all of these mentioned are franchises. They are run by individual franchise owners and I would bet that these restaurants vary widely and are dependent on what that particular owner/manager wants to provide. It is hard to carry out a quality control that is consistent across the board when you have individual franchise owners that have individual profit motives.

Don't know about the Raising Cane's outside of La. but the ones in BR and Metairie/NOLA are very good.
Tender breast fingers, very good crinkle cuts and slaw, and great Texas-style toast.
Wish they had baked beans and/or a dessert.
But their chicken fingers are delicious.
Don't know what you're talking about...
there is a cane's in mobile and it isn't good at all. that is why i said the walmart deli gives it a run for the money.
