It's not going to happen. It's bad for Lane and LSU as well because the loss of a home playoff game will fall under the category of "damages." That number is about $100M to the university.
If you want to force OM to play the "victim" card, go ahead, but I think you'd prefer focusing on building a powerhouse football program.

Kiffin is no longer apart of the program, anything that happens after this most DEFINITELY cannot fall under "damages"

The four team part has merit, but AGAIN, the committee had on field evidence that losing Jordan Travis made FSU inept offensively. They have no on field evidence of what effect Kiffin’s loss (and whatever staff leaves with him). Will have. The committee should not penalize Ole Miss on a guess.
