Not exactly. The Ayers case required them to lower their admission requirements for in-state students, but OM is not pushing for relief from that settlement just yet. Doing so would inhibit the gains it is making toward racial diversity, and for the time being, OM has decided that is a higher priority. That will change in the future, but not for now.

As for out-of-state enrollment, OM has increased its admission requirements twice in the past few years and plans on another increase.
