The college game would be better served with a 30 second shot clock, not calling hand checks unless someone is being held. I think they should also let more go with loose balls and if a offensive player is out of control then more contact should be allowed

30 works out better so you get 2 full possessions per minute. it also allows for 20 seconds in half court if it takes you the full time to cross half court
