that Vandy series woke a lot of people up . Everyone is talking about how OU lost 4 series in a row to end the season and Texas swept us . While the you have to dive deeper …. OU led game 1and 3 in the 9th innning vs Texas and blew the leads in extras . Several of our losses were close as well in the sec.
LOOK at the sec standings and start at top and go down till you think a team stinks …… Some say that’s LSU or Kentucky but in reality it’s probably just Missouri and South Carolina . The league is as deep as it’s ever been now . Kentucky had a chance to go deep and if LSU got into ncaa they would have had a chance to win also..

Our hitters will have to be absolutely on. Our only saving grace if our top three hitters aren’t producing is if the opposing pitcher isn’t getting ahead in the count and walking guys.
Volchko definitely got ahead in the count and did not walk guys and absolutely neutered our first three guys and then the rest of our lineup.
Like I mentioned our lineup isn’t scary.
