Few thoughts:

1) I believe Auburn has the clear advantage on the offensive and defensive lines. This was clearly the case 3 weeks ago. That is not a knock on UGA, Auburn's defensive line I believe is one of the best in country and UGA is young on the oline. That is often where SEC games are won.

2) I believe Auburn has the better quarterback. Once again, Fromm has been great as a freshman, and done exactly what has been asked of him this year, but he is a true freshman, and they don't win SEC Championships all that often.

3) Coaching advantage has to go Auburn as well. Feels weird saying this about Gus, but there is no doubt that at this point he is the more experienced and better coach. Kirby's future definitely looks bright, but this is now Gus' second SEC championship and his 6th year has a HC. He appears to be hitting his stride as a coach. The preparation, schemes, play calling, and execution against UGA and Bama were as good as I have seen from any Auburn coach.

4) Strength of schedule favors Auburn big time. Now this could be a negative in terms of wearing down or being beat up, but Auburn has played in more physical and big games during the season than UGA. UGA played 4 teams with a losing record during the season (btw those 4 games were all of Kirby's "revenge" games this year). They handled them the way a good team should, but they honestly have had less experience playing in big, physical, competitive games during the year.

Most of the reasons I have heard for UGA having a chance in this game involve, the game not being at Auburn, the revenge/motivation factor, and the fact that UGA can't play as bad as they did last time. Those are the reasons I think it will be closer this time, but I think the 4 factors above are thee keys to the game. I think Kirby will have much more success making defensive changes to slow Auburn down, but don't see UGA being able to score many more points the way Auburn's defense is currently playing.

Auburn wins. I really hope that I am wrong, but I never pick against the hot team.

Is the UGA OL gonna look any different from the one we saw a couple weeks ago? Didn't Cleveland get some PT in the following games?

If Johnson plays, the barn.

If he doesn't, probably still the barn, but close.

We didn't suddenly get an influx of all-americans but I suspect they will play better. You are correct, we switched up RG and he has palyed well, albeit against lesser competition. I also think our players will have an easier time handling crowd noise opposed to the hornets nest that was JHS. And I can only hope that chaney will put them in some better situations.

Don't know if we'll win, but I am almost certain we won't get as manhandled on the OL as we did last time.

Good points. I do think UGA is the underdog in this game, depending on KJ's status. But defenses generally show up best at home. Auburn played it's best defensive football at JHS this season. Crowd noise really helped. That won't be the case Sat.

Look at your schedule and when you've given up the most points. 27 each at LSU & T A&M, 20 at Arkansas. We're a much better offensive team than the afore-mentioned. If you have watched UGA football this season, you have seen that the AU game was, by far, our worst performance in every facet. It could absolutely happen again, but odds are it won't. I don't believe that Auburn is that better on the LOS's. We were just outplayed that day. Teams play on momentum. And when the momentum stays one way ever and over, it's hard to overcome.

I don't know who will win Sat., but I think Auburn will get one of UGA's best games of the season.

I guess you look pretty stupid if you pick Georgia and Auburn wins, given how the last game turned out. So I'll say Auburn in a close one.

Really just hoping for a much more competitive showing.
