for those wanting to lose some money by betting this.

2010 Heisman Trophy – 2010 Heisman Trophy Odds

Mark Ingram 7/2

Terrelle Pryor 5/1

Jake Locker 8/1

Kellen Moore 10/1

Christian Ponder 10/1

Ryan Mallett 10/1

Jacory Harris 12/1

Case Keenum 12/1

Evan Royster 12/1

John Clay 12/1

Dion Lewis 12/1

Andrew Luck 15/1

DeMarco Murray 15/1

Noel Devine 15/1

Jacquizz Rodgers 15/1

Damon Berry 18/1

Landry Jones 20/1

Matt Barkley 20/1

Garrett Gilbert 25/1

LaMichael James 30/1

Tate Forcier 30/1

Josh Nesbitt 50/1

Jordan Todman 50/1

Jerrod Johnson 50/1

Blaine Gabbert 50/1

Robert Griffin 60/1

And I really don't see how Ingram has those odds, considering it's already been stated by the staff that he'll probably give up some carries to TR this year.

I'll keep with the Sophomores winning. What's the odds on Dion Lewis from Pitt?

edit - Didn't see it..12/1. Not bad, he's my early pick.

They will give it to Pryor. Gotta give it to a kid from a big name school...

I'm thinking it'll be Locker or Pryor. Pryor and OSU is going to be the media darlings and story this year unless they lose an early game. They'll be pimped to Glendale.

He could and would, but I think he will split too much time with TR this year. Just MHO...

I hate to always pile on Ingram, but I don't know that he is a year in and year out Heisman type guy. Again, not trying to stir the pot but I think most would consider him a benefactor of a really, really weak year of individual performances.

Add to the mix that Richardson could steal a hell of a lot of touches from him, and I would say he is a longshot.

Just my 2 cents.

It's not piling on. It's been said that TR might get as much as 40% of the carries this year. I don't care how good you are, nobody will amass the stats needed when splitting that much time. What makes me happy though is that Ingram hasn't a problem with it and has stated, whatever is best for the team. I think in the long run it'll be best for him and TR as they go into the NFL. Both will be less apt to injury at this level and hopefully have a long(er) career in the NFL when they do go.

I'll take Nesbitt at 50:1 or Jaquez Rogers at 15:1.

No way Ingram repeats, he won't get enough carries.

I'll bet you he doesn't. Besides he didn't deserve it last year.

My pick is Locker.
