I think what sets Howard at the elite level above Engram is his ability to use that big body to his advantage. See?

believe it or not the greatest thing to happen to ole miss football in over half a decade isn't how most people view things... shocking, i know. sorry

A dude on the previous page was talking about Howard's using his big frame to snatch the ball out of the air

You need to sand down those hooks a little bit. Way too shiny
You're kind of comparing apples to oranges here. I don't think Howard has gotten enough targets (haven't looked at stats, but could almost guarantee Engram had twice as many targets this year) to make a fair assessment. Engram is great, and I love the way he's used in our offense. BUT OJ Howard is a manchild, and fits the mold of a true TE. Plus, he has great speed. If Engram can put on some weight, he'll be an absolute beast NFL TE. If not, he'll be a "possession" WR. Albeit, he can fricking roll on that 220 frame.

cooper 162% more yards in 56% more games... i bet oj would have more yards if we didn't have a single wide reciever gain 700 yards or a running back hit 600
HAHAHAHA, are you seriously that stupid? You can't catch what I'm doing?
Bama fans on Howard: "Howard is better than Engram because of what scouts say, not production."
Bama fans on Cooper/Treadwell: "LOLOLOLROFLLLLL look at all those stats. YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT PRODUCTION. COOPER HAS IT."
See where your two dumbass points contradict each other. It's either what the scouts say or stats? Which side are you choosing? Because those sides both contain 1 player from each school.

I appears we have established Ole Miss is better than Bama at pretty much every position. It must suck knowing you have a coach that has that much talent yet still loses 3 games minimum every year. Congrats on winning against Bama, but someone forgot to tell the team they still had to play the rest of the season.

well if you want to look at one stat alone fine, but using more than one number gets you better results. it is very obvious our passing stats where very weighted one direction vs being spread very equally amongst 4 or so. none of that shite clearly dicates anyone is better. i wouldn't trade my guy because your's was in an offense with more even distribution.

Here is where Rebel 5 loses all credibility, and it has nothing to do with Howard or Ingram or Cooper or Treadwell. It's when he says "like so many others" talking about Alabama not developing elite talent. Guess what, most media members, most other college coaches, and most importantly all NFL people know, and I repeat they know that Nick Saban and his staff do a better job of developing talent and getting players NFL ready than any other college program and its not even close. My advice, when you are making a strong point, and you were about EI over OJ, don't stupid the point up by making a statement that anyone over an IQ of 2 knows is blatantly false.

Engram is good but is a WR, not really a TE at all.

Apparently the sportswriters think Engram > Howard? And I repeat, Engram > Howard

TE's one of the tougher positions to judge IMO because teams use them so differently.
