Ohio State is going to win, and it could be ugly. This is why.

Ohio State has played 6 of the top 25 ranked defenses. Georgia has played 1.
2 were top 5.
4 were top 15.
6 were top 25.
Georgia has played 1 top 25 defense, 17th Kentucky 16-6.
The 2nd best defense Georgia faced was 34th ranked Mizzou, 26-22.
When Georgia plays a defense with a pulse, they struggle.
And we're talking freaking Kentucky & Mizzou.
And needless to say, Georgia hasn't faced an offense like Ohio State (even with Ohio State missing key starters).
Combine that with what we've seen in the bowls so far.
Not only does Ohio State win, but it could be ugly.

Ohio states defense is horrible. Georgias team is not predicated on a high scoring offense. They will smother Ohio state and beat them to death between the tackles.

Georgia DB's are horrible.
No way they cover the plethora of NFL 1st rounders that Ohio State is going to trot out there.

You are not taking into concretion that they played lsu tigers and beat them and every one says lsu would beat Ohio state. So there is that.

How many of those defenses were ranked that high because offenses in the Big 10 this year were overall putrid?
Basically, UGA doesn't need crazy defensive breakdowns to score. You can do everything right against the UGA offense, and they will still score because they have about 5 different and good options with each play. And on at least 1 or 2 of those there is a large mismatch.
People have been underrating this offense all year, and they do is quietly bludgeon you to death till they become bored.

Georgias DBs have struggled down field not on short to intermediate routes. If he is sitting back there long enough to throw long passes he will get hit a lot.
