Probably for being a jackass, but that is a similar reason Tray Matthews was kicked off Georgia's team. He was arrested in that check fraud scheme, but it is not the reason he was actually kicked off the team

Tray was always a jackass. After the check-cashing thing, Richt told him to stop being a jackass or he'd kick him off the team. He didn't last long after that.

The check-cashing wasn't the final straw, but it was his most notable offense

Oh I thought you were just talking about second chances in general not necessarily getting kicked off the team. No he was just suspended, not kicked off.
