So, if JFF, who isn't the prototype QB to run this offense gets hurt, we will win 7+, despite him not being a fit according to you.
But if he gets hurt and Showers, who IS more of a prototype for this offense steps in, we'll win 6 or less....even though he's a better fit to run the offense (according to your definition of what kind of QB we need right now).

He can obviously make plays against less talented teams than ours. I see 7 teams that have less talent on their rosters and we could possibly win. After watching our spring game I have 0 confidence on any of our QBs and just because they made plays against a demoralized SMU team doesn't change that opinion.

Good news: it's still early, so it should be relatively easy to scrap this username and try again. Review the thread carefully, identify your mistakes, and try harder next time. Here are a couple of hints:
1) Say the occasional good things about A&M. If you can't do this at least periodically, you'll never sell your cover.
2) When you trash A&M, make it seem like you are trying to saying good things.
3) Always - and this is imperative - always remember to use the proper personal pronoun.

Still think the data set is too small (that LaTech game is going to haunt us all year IMO...really made the start of the season awkward). The Arkansas game will really tell if A&M goes to a bowl or not.
