But making a final four is an accomplishment. And Alabama fans brag about Alabama making the playoffs every day. Because that too is an accomplishment. There is still plenty to make fun about LSU without discounting a final four.

Looks like you are fighting the good fight against quite a number of Bama FOGs. There’s not a single respectable Bama poster on our Bball board that would say a F4 doesn’t matter. Cutting down the nets after winning a Bball game always matters!
That said, Bama still owns LSU in Bball, even if our record in a single elimination NCAA Tourney isn’t as good. The series record speaks for itself and Bama has 17 SEC Championships (Reg and Tourney) to LSUs 11.

That’s not true at all. If your team ever wins an elite 8 game you’ll get to find out the details about how it works afterward —you will be completely shocked.
