What rule was broken? It's a simple question.
Spoiler alert, no rules were broken. And if a conference starts handing out fines and penalties when its rules aren't actually violated, there's really no benefit to being in said conference. It's always a moving target as to what you might actually be punished for.

I actually don't. When cornered, people like you just react this way. No one can actually say what LSU did wrong, not even the commissioner. Just constant deflection, almost like an actual sleazeball.

Folks like you keep making vague insinuations, yet when cornered, they just wriggle out of any real explanation.
If your assertion is that Kiffin broke rules by recruiting pro athletes, that's:
1) Based on a CBS Sports report which only cites "unnamed sources". That same article insisted Lane ratted out Ole Miss tampering to Dabo, which Dabo denied.
And even if proven to be true:
2) The conference states that'd be a violation of Article 14.01.1, which is a can of worms I don't think they want to open. Probably half of the conference is currently in violation of 14.01.1.
The conference's "new rule" was never violated as the players were never added to LSU's roster.
