At what point does the light bulb go on, and you folks figure out that refs call games exactly as they are "supposed" to?

It seems that a ref will never call a hold, etc. when the pass rusher is in the backfield. I have no idea why, it's just a thing

Op I sympathize with your concern but Florida's LT held Cashius Howell (jersey and pad pulling holding) on almost every pass play until Napier started moving a RB over to help.
#58 should have been called for holding at least 7 or 8 times but was called only once. Only after it was called did Napier start the chipping.
