Would love an annual game against OU or Texas at first. But since we really have no ties to them, after awhile it would get old. Eventually I'd wish we would change it up with another team. But if I had to choose one Big 12 team to play every year, OU or Texas would be my choice hands down.
ETA: I think that not having ties to the other ACC or Big 12 schools is one reason some of the other SEC schools wouldn't want to be tied to an annual game. We'd eventually want to swap to another team just to changes things up. Now if they would do it for say 5 years, that would be pretty cool.

Y'all could play Big XII teams while the East plays the ACC.

I'd be ok with it for say a 5 year stretch. But it would eventually get old unless the game grew into a true rivalry for the fans.

That would actually be really cool. Kind of a regional thing where the East (& Auburn, which should prob be in the east) plays the teams in the nearest conference and so does the west.
The biggest problem may be the number of SEC-ACC matches that are already on the books.

Some interesting SECW vs Big 12 matchups would be:
TAMU/Texas
Mizzou/UK
Bama/OU
But how excited would LSU, Arky, MSU, & OM be to play the likes of TT, BU, KSU, ISU, or TCU?
ETA: I guess Arky may like to play TCU for recruiting DFW reasons.
