I pegged them more as mail sorters than deliverers.

Apparently not. Luper got a package and was angry. Yahoo and the NCAA are conspiring to bring the barn down.

Love the part where reporters don't call the University's SID anymore... they send certified letters through FedEx.

That's what I gathered from page1 and the last couple of pages. I couldn't tell you what is in between.

Question for you. If you had to send something that you needed verifaction to be delivered, would you send it fed-ex or certified mail? From a legal standpoint

except for the fact that Luper is supposed to be in Texas, not Auburn

I send certified mail unless it has to be delivered the next day. Then FedEx, process server, hand delivery or a Sheriff depending on the situation.

And if the NCAA finds the bodies, Auburn's crack top notch defense team will just say Bama (their daddy) sexually abused them for years before burying the bodies and framing Auburn to try to pin the murders on them.

Sounds crazy, but that defense is a slam dunk. I never doubt the ingenuity of Auburn's defense team.

I think this is where your sarcasm switch needs to be in the upright position.
