I was arguing with the statement that "TCU would blow out anyone on your schedule." They couldn't blow out South Dakota State. So it's not at all clear they would blow out Auburn or UCLA.

But the competition A&M has faced has been overall better than what Arkansas has gone up against. Arkansas has feasted on two cupcakes and a former Big XII contender that is in a down year. A&M has played one cupcake, one Pac 12 team with higher overall recruiting classes than A&M that will probably finish in the upper middle of the pack in conference play, and one SEC West team that will probably finish 2nd to last in the division.
