The dynamic duo of Tommy Tuberville and Mike Patrick made it through nearly one half of the UGA v Vanderbilt game without getting one single players name correct. One poster mentioned that he wouldn't be surprised to hear ole Mike say, "We are just waiting for John Easton to join the game a QB for the Dawgs." It is crazy to think that someone could be so bad and keep their job. Tommy gets a pass but Mike needs to go!
ETA: I was wrong, it wasn't Verne Lundquist, it was Mike Patrick.

I'd rather listen to Verne. He has age as an excuse, Tuberville has none. I thought Verne had retired from broadcasting.

Most announcers were former players and most former players a, like current ones, are stupid as frick. Their only saving grace is they are good at one thing. Having to listen to two years of announcers saying “Dak Press Kit” will make you want to hurl a TV. What dumbass illiterate frick can’t correctly pronounce Press Cot!

Rightfully so. IDK why I thought Verne Lundquist was calling the game with Tubbs. In my defense, Verne used to have the same problem with names.
