I have been posting on several bama boards over the years and you only get the bama side if anyone dared to post an opposing thought they paid for it. Here at least its open for discussion from all sides. Best board going hands down.

I joined in November 2008 right after Alabama beat LSU in Tiger Stadium. There were a lot of LSU fans talking smack on the Alabama board I frequent, so I came here to return the favor. Liked the SECR, and decided to stay.

A friend from louisiana that lives up this way told me about TD. He said his Aunt posted here. I kept getting banned from the hog boards so I made TD home.

I think I signed up here during Lsu week in 08 or 09. I didnt come here alot until I was banned from hogville last fall though.

You can look at my join date to figure out why I came in the first place. But I dont even look at that retarded thread anymore. I stayed because the blatant homerism is kept in check here by the diverse group of fans. Yeah, there are lots of homers here, but they get put in their place enough that it doesnt get completely off the map like it does on team based forums..... well, with the exception of the Arkansas fans.

Because hogville is full of people that "smite" you for not being on their "nc or bust" bandwagon. At least the hog posters here are taking a tongue-in-cheek approach. Well, most of them anyway.
