Really should keep him.
You already have Mocha Cam II waiting in the wings(Wallace).
He needs all the teaching of how to be a great Mocha Cam from Frazier.

You can't be serious. Is he a disciplinary problem? Does he want to leave? Is he so physically injured to warrant a medical scholly? If not? NO!

Wallace isn't really a candidate for "Mocha" Cam II

Did you intentionally misspell his first name?

We already have an issue with qb depth and development on the roster, why in the world would you want to see him go?

The coaches need to find a juco that can enroll in December and compete for the job against frazier, wallace, and moseley in the spring.

The last thing we need to do is reduce # of available QB options. You never know he may make take a giant step over the offseason. Doubt it, but he definitely has the physical tools.

Find a JUCO QB and move him to WR Kodi style. Then talk about how he is the ultimate team player without a selfish bone in his body.

I think you're stuck with him. Perhaps a good measure would be to list the FBS schools where he'd be the starting QB.

my guess is that there will be some Juco QBs being recruited now.

or is there another Russell Wilson type out there graduating?

You're stuck with him, unless you can find a semi-decent Juco QB. Which honestly shouldn't be THAT difficult.

Unless all the Juco teams are running the spread, in which case you're screwed.

Better to keep a bad QB on the field and lose some games, and develop a young one without destroying his confidence by putting him in positions he has no chance to succeed.

Get yourselves on a 5-step 3 year rebuilding plan IMO.

Step 1 - Fire the AD, and should this week for screwing you by building massive buyout clauses into your contracts which only end up costing you.

Never mind how bad pretty much every program you have on campus is. I doubt he has a buyout, and he needs to be gone right now.

2 - Hire someone for AD who isn't beholden to the fambuleh, and honestly doesn't give a tinker's damn about "being an Auburn man". My suggestion would be look to Stanford and see if they have a good assistant AD who would take the job.

3 - The day after the Iron Bowl, said new AD fires the entire coaching staff. Let the new coach decide if he wants to re-hire any of the ones currently there. I don't think you're going to have to worry about a lame-duck coaching staff trying to plan for a bowl game.

4 - Hire a coach with no connections to Auburn, and likewise doesn't give a tinker's damn about being "an Auburn man".

5 - Accept you're probably going to suck for a year or two until the new coach's philosophy takes hold. You might not have the players to run whatever he's wanting to run. Expect quality improvement by year 3, if you're not getting it, well then it's probably time to move on again.

That plan is going to be very expensive, though. $7.5 million for Chizik's buyout is just scratching the surface. You have to buy out BVG, Loeffler, Trooper, Luper, and all the other assistants. You have to pay a search firm. You have to pay the buyouts of all the wonderful coaches you intend to hire away from other programs.

It's cheaper to just punch Kiehl's daddy in the face.

Realistically, how many more times will you reference this?

You mentioned it to me the other day...
