I don't believe that Alabama is so much in a decline as it is that Clemson University has just become the penultimate football program in the history of this sport.

A little early to be claiming this. I mean Clemson has yet to even win back to back titles. Winning 2 of the last 3 is hardly ground breaking. Now win 5 titles in the last 10 years. Now that is something that sets you apart from the rest.

Exact same thing could be said for Tommy Bowden at Clemson. Only, we had enough sense to recognize greatness in a young WR Coach, named Dabo.

Yea the two situations are nowhere close to being the same.

Such a vast turnover rate with their staff is unusual.
Some may start to do the ultimate dirtbag move and negatively recruit against them.

I thought Tua was overhyped going into this year and that there would be a big drop off in 2018 with everything bama lost on defense in 2017. I was wrong. Don't forget Saban shites players.

Lets see. We made it to the went undefeated in the regular season, won the SEC Championship, made it to the NC game, and had the #1 recruiting class.

I guess the answer to the OP is a big NO.

Y'all seem to have some issues over there. I'd say Georgia is before Bama

If you're looking for rapid decline 2020 is the year you want to keep your eye on.

Been thinking this for a while. If there is a shot for someone else to win the west, and the SEC it is 2020.
