Still have mine at 44. It started going gray at 23 (had the ole Bill Curry streak thing), now it is about 85% gray - the beard is about 75%.
Started about the time I married my ex-wife. Wonder why . . .

I'm 40 and still have most of mine, I started going thin on top at about 29, but didn't lose much and haven't lost any since.
BTW, Rogaine doesn't work, at least it didn't for me. When I first started losing mine I tried everything, I was freaking the F out.
